Welcome to the website of baby Christopher (chris) and his brothers and sisters, Christine, Debora, Paul, Beverly & Joey. Here we will keep you updated with his adventures and theirs. We hope you enjoy visiting and sharing our joy and excitement.
Chris was born at Salem Hospital in August of 1984. He was our sixth child and our third son. He was born at 1:28 AM on a Friday morning. His sisters and brothers were all in their twenties except fot his next older sibling, Joey, who would turn twenty just seven days later.
In a collage photo I made out of four photos of Chris wearing the same sunsuit. I kept adding bands of fabric around the waist of the suit.It is the same sunsuit as in the lead photo.
Chris was on the Salem Youth Soccer team from kindergarten throgh second grade. His coach was david Bruce Edwards Sr. He also played youth basketball at the Salem YMCA. As he grew older he was a diligent skateboarder, trick bicycle rider and as a roller skater he specialized in the type of in line skating that employed ''grinding'' off the edges of the sidewalk curbs. He liked sledding, tobogganing and snowboarding, but not skiing.
Chris was baptized in The united Church of Christ Congregational, commonly known as the Crombie St. Church. [later to become the Salem Homeless Shelter when the church elders allowed the shelter to use space there, and before the church members amalgamated with a larger congregation nearby].
Although he was baptized in the Congregational church, Chris was raised as a catholic and received his First Holy Communion at St. James Church in Salem, in 1993.
Chris attended public schools in Salem and Swampscott until he completed eighth grade. He then was home schooled through high school.

Princess Diana died on his 13th birthday just three minutes after he turned 13. Her funeral was on big brother Joey's birthday. My friend since first grade, Dinsi died on the day of the funeral too.
He was a surprise baby and a miracle baby because we never thought we would be able to have any more children. He has grown into a son to be proud of.
I am putting together this site nearly twenty three years later
~ * ~CHRISTINE ANN~* ~
Christine was born June 19, 1957 at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA She was born at 10:33 AM She weighed 7 lb 2 oz. and was 20 inches long. She slept most of the time for the first 24 hours because I believe I was given too much gas. I'd had a spinal but the doctor must have asked the person who administered that to then give me gas. I was so nervous I guess the doctor thought I was too much trouble. He was a little fat man with a bald head like a monk, because his dark curly hair stuck up all around it. He wore funny little horn rimmed glasses. His name was Dr. Gemmallaro.
Christine ( named for a princess I'd read about in a story book as a child ) had dark hair and dark blue eyes at birth. I dressed her in a lot of cute little outfits that someone gave me. Most of them were for a boy but I dressed them up with a little lace trimmed white bonnet and cute little shoes and booties. it was summertime so the outfits which were made like briefs with short sleeved shirts were just right. She also had a few dresses.
Christine's homes were..
9 1/2 Fayette St. Beverly, MA 1957 43 Roundy St. Beverly, MA 57-58 12 Davis St. Beverly, MA 58-59 20 Division St. Newport, RI 1959 64 Cabot St. Beverly, MA 1959 35 Endicott St. Salem, MA 1961-62 14 Park St, Salem, Ma 1262- 56 Ward St, Salem, MA 1965-
She attended Salton School, Hawthorne BLVD school, St Joseph's Academy & Salem High School.
She won an art award at St. Joseph Academy in the Art Competion of the Pariochial Schools of Massachusestts Dioceses when she was in the 4th grade.
Christine and some of her friends formed their own cheerleading squad in the early 1970's. She belonged to the Bluebirds as a child.
I always thought she was destined to be a teacher because she seemed to have a talent for teaching her younger siblings and cousins. She worked as a teacher's aide for many years and after her children were grown she pursued a degree. She is a kindergarten teacher.
She won an art award from the US Army in the 80's for a design she made for a pin or an award medal.
She is the mother of Lisa, Stephanie and Dorothy and the grandmother of Tristan~ [see more about all my babies in the milesstones section of this site]
